Acceptance
By using Nion hardware, NIL models, or the Labs gateway you agree to these terms. If you use Nion on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Software licensing
NIL model binaries and the libnil SDK are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run them on devices you own or operate. Reverse engineering for interoperability is permitted where local law allows.
Hardware pre-orders
Pre-order pricing for Nion Halo is a reservation. Final shipping dates and regional availability will be confirmed before any charge is completed. Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nion products to cause harm, conduct unlawful surveillance, or weaponize Shepherd systems. Shepherd is engineered strictly for non-lethal infrastructure protection.
Offline operation
Nion products are designed to function without connectivity. You are responsible for decisions made using on-device outputs, including triage suggestions, which do not replace professional medical care.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nion Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its products.
